CURRENCY
We currently process orders and charges in Canadian currency (CAD). Orders placed outside of Canada will be converted to your home currency through your banking provider. If you’re visiting from another country, try using xe.com to see the latest currency conversions.
SHIPPING
WE offer GLOBAL shipping. The shipping method will be chosen by Fiona Debell Art to provide the best level of service and economy. Some orders require the building of a crate and may take a while to process. We will of course keep you appraised.
Your painting will be packed with the utmost care, and proper insulation, ensuring its safety during the shipping cycle. Based on your geographic location, size of art, and the shipping method preference it will be packed inside a shipping box or a shipping tube.
All shipped art is insured but in the rare event that damage occurs in transit we request you photograph the packaging and damage as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately. Art held beyond 48 hours (upon actual delivery time to client) will be considered arrived safely.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are based on the dimension of packaging (which is determined by the size of the painting you buy), the weight and your geographic location (country). This information is in the system, and as you check out on the website, the system will pick up the shipping cost relating to the size of the painting and your geographical location.
Shipping is in addition to the painting cost.
COLLECT IN PERSON
You are always welcome to collect your chosen artwork directly from me, in person at no cost.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you are within a 15km radius of my location, I will happily deliver the work to you at no cost (purchases over $500)
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to love your purchased artwork. If for any reason you are not happy - notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of taking delivery.
The work should be returned in the same condition as received. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees and return shipping costs are the liability of the buyer. We strongly suggest you add insurance offered by your shipper in case of damage in transit.
If you received FREE SHIPPING your artwork refund will be the cost of the purchase minus the out of pocket shipping fee we have paid to send the art to you.
Returns must be received within 30 days. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned work.
Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be variations between, or even within, an order.
PLEASE NOTE ITEMS PRINTED TO ORDER AND ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS.
Items purchased from fionadebell.com are, in most cases not returnable, but I will work with you on a case by case basis.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues.
In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date, we request within 48 hours of the client taking receipt of the purchase.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, I reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in my sole discretion.
When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis.
COPYRIGHT
Purchasing the art grants you the right to install and use the painting as residential or corporate décor. The artwork may not be altered in any way. Reproductions cannot be made unless authorized by Fiona Debell. Fiona Debell holds the copyright, with the exception of commissioned works, to the image of sold artwork and may use the image for prints, publication and promotion. See more HERE

Fiona Debell Art values its customers and respects their privacy.
By using the www.fionadebell.com website, and/or making online purchases of products, you agree to the terms and conditions of Fiona Debell Art’s Policy. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you enter a credit card number into a text box on our website, the information is sent over an encrypted connection using secure socket layer technology (SSL) . We work with 2 payment processors; Stripe and Paypal. These services have their own security in place. Your payment information never reaches our servers and therefore is never stored anywhere on FionaDebell.com
When you save a credit card for automatic payments, we save a token provided by our payment processors instead of the actual payment information. That token allows for repeated transactions while keeping confidential the payment information.
We encrypt all connections when possible with 3rd parties using the HTTPS protocol, including connection with integrated ecommerce platforms.
COOKIES
You can choose to opt-out of cookies.
Third-party services that we integrate with including Facebook, Google, Stripe, Paypal and others may use cookies. You can find out more about these on their respective websites.
How long is personal information retained?
We will keep your personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or such longer period as may be required by applicable law. We retain all invoices in order to comply with government audits.
AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
